Internship Program |
Regent Broadcasting developed and maintains an on-going internship program that gives local High School and collage students exposure to all departments within a broadcast operation. This program operates throughout the year and has resulted in several part-time hires. |

On December 15th regent Broadcasting took part in a County wide career day targeted at all of Jefferson County High Schools. Information about the opportunities in the broadcast industry were discussed with the students that took part in the event. |

Skills Training for
Employees |
In March of 2005, Regent Watertown sent several sales account executives to a sales training seminar sponsored by the New York State Broadcasters Association. At this seminar, the account executives receive training on NTR-Integrated Marketing with Radio. The training can help qualify them for the position of Sales Manager. |
